I'm Shana and I am so glad you are here.
As a teenager, I struggled with low self-esteem and not knowing how to deal with adversity or my feelings. I truly believed that I wasn't pretty enough, smart enough, or even good enough to do anything.
So many years later, I now run my own business dedicated to helping girls build confidence and resilience so they can thrive in life.
Learning from my own experiences and mentoring girls for 10+ years, I am excited to share the strategies and steps I used to increase my self-worth and pass it down to all the girls who are going through what I went through.
