I'm Shana and I am so glad you are here.

As a teenager, I struggled with low self-esteem and not knowing how to deal with adversity or my feelings. I truly believed that I wasn't pretty enough, smart enough, or even good enough to do anything. As time passed, I worked on seeing my self in a new light and dealt with situations differently.

Throughout my years of mentoring, I've witnessed the incredible power that lies within every girl to overcome obstacles and thrive in the face of adversity.
